This was part of a series of banners created for Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie mix to communicate that hundreds of recipes could be made using just one mix. In this rich banner, any two ingredients could be chosen to kiss under the mistletoe, mixing with the banner to create a new cookie. There were several different combinations and the recipe for each cookie could be read and downloaded directly from the banner.
